Prefects and concert meetings [FAO Seventh Year Prefects] by DH Skies

As noted in the opening feast speech, this year the concert will be co-ordinated by prefects and they are expected to have a planning meeting with interested members of their house and submit plans to their head of house by the Midterm break.

As large, multiperson threads and meetings often take a long time, I would like to see these posted by February 1st. This gives you two weeks from now to get them written, and gives plenty of weeks until term ends. The senior most prefect in each house (Zevalyn, Georgia, Arianna, Lily) should take responsibility for posting the meeting, as it is logical they would take the lead. If you will be unable to do this, please let us know, and give one of your junior prefects permission to state that your character passed on the responsibility.

Please can all four senior prefects reply to this post to acknowledge it, or to liaise with their junior prefects.
