Background

Lauren was born in Philadelphia and moved later that summer to Los Angeles. Min-Young lived there and established their home there for five years before his father in South Korea died and left his entire fortune and company to him. He moved back to Korea after months of going back and forth and visits during the winter holidays and every other summer. Lauren's mom, Jenna, raised the children on her own, relying heavily on Lauren for help and support.
