Dora didn't like being left behind. Edu and Zeus were busy with being students now, and making new friends, and Dora was feeling lonely. Luckily, they weren't gone. She could still find them from time to time, still catch them outside or in the Cascade Hall for dinner.
Tonight, she wandered through the Teppenpaw table, looking for Edu, and spotting him, she dropped into the chair next to him. "Hey, Edu. How's my dad's House treating you?"
Edu was busy now in ways he hadn't thought possible. He had classes and homework and clubs and such. It was all great and such, but it didn't leave him the massive amounts of free time that he used to have. As such, he was rather delighted when Dora hunted him down and sat with him.
"Hi Dora!" He greeted her enthusiastically. "It's great." There was no way he was going to say anything bad about Professor Xavier's house to his daughter. Not that he would have been able to think of any if he had tried. "Thanks for coming. School stuff is keeping me super busy, sorry for not being around as much." He gave her a friendly wink, "Just wait though, soon enough you'll be stuck doing homework non-stop."
Dora grinned when Edu looked happy to see her. It was reassuring that he wanted to hang out with her. The grin widened further when he reminded her that her turn was coming very soon to join the big kids of Sonora. “I can’t wait! You’re in Dad’s House and Zeus is in Mom’s so I’m sure I’ll be with one of you! And we’ll all be in Beginner classes together next year, right?” She was pretty sure that was how it worked.

Edu grinned as Dora talked excitedly about potentials for next year. "Yup, we'll all be together next year in classes, if nothing else. We'll have to make an official study group as well maybe, since we'll all be doing the same lessons." His smile adjusted a little, "I won't be quite the same as running around the gardens and playing hide-and-seek and such, but maybe we can fit that in sometime as well."
Dora nodded along as Edu explained how things would probably be different next year, but laughed at the end. “I’d like that. For old times sake. We could maybe even get more than three of us involved, too!”
