Since there are only three teams this year, how should the games go? Aladren and Crotalus are the first match, would the winner or the loser play Pecari?

Each house plays each other. So, first game was Aladren/Crotalus, second game will be Pecari/Crotalus you choose, and the final game will be Pecari/Aladren (it doesn't have to be in this order, this is just a reference for you).

The House Cup winner is based solely on the total of the combined game points per house, not the number of wins.

Though unlikely, couldn't that lead to a situation where a team hadn't won a match but still won the cup, which wouldn't make much sense IC? I would think it would make more sense to have whoever won most matches win, and - if there's a tie (i.e. two teams that have won two) - then take points into account as a tie breaker.

If a team that hasn't won any matches but somehow manages to have the most points, then we will review. For now, it will remain that whatever house has the most points for the total of the games will be the winners.
