Staff meeting summary by David Regal
Thanks to everyone that made it to the meeting and sorry it went longer than expected. Well, here is the promised summary of the meeting.1) New board – it was decided a kind of room of requirement. The activities that the room will be able to provide activities ranging from the Arts to sports (and even a debate Chamber). Everything the students would want to do as a recreation will be available in the room. Some of the rooms will have a schedule but other will be random. Though, things can overrule the schedule.
2) Sonora Chatzy – it was agreed to do a trail run starting this week until midterm of the next term. It will have the basic “don’t share information” rule, along with others to prevent the same authors from RMI and Sonora to be at the two chatzys at the same time.
3) Advertizing – It is needed. Next term won’t start unless I have at least 20 students. So start doing it, anyway you want (fictionpress, fanfiction, word of mouth, harassing people you know, kidnapping…etc) ^_^
4) Plot – it was the homework. So, if you have any idea sent it my way.
Here is the summary of a 43 pages transcript. Like always, any question, suggestion or comment you know where to send them.

Student Chatzy by David Regal
So, a promise is a promise. I already created The student chatzy.Some basic rules:
1) No sharing of personal information.
2) Authors that write at RMI and Sonora can not be on both chatzys at the same time.
3) Site rules apply
4) Have fun!
Remember this is a trail run. It will end at the start of next term's midterm. The room will only allow registered members to enter, the e-mail addresses will only be viewed by the room's administration. This so I can have control of who enters the room. If I forgot something, let me know. Any questions/comments/suggestions can be sent to the place you know ;)
