To keep you all updated on progress of the fair so far, this is the e-mail I have just sent out to alumni authors:Hey all,
Thanks for volunteering to have your characters return to Sonora for our Midsummer Fair. During the daytime, alumni will be running sessions (see list below) from approx 10am - after breakfast - to approx 4pm with a break in the middle of the day for food, and the evening will consist of funfair-type entertainment; your character is welcome to stay for the evening festivities. It's up to you whether your character holds sessions all day, or just in the morning, just in the afternoon, etc - feel free to specify this in your post(s).
I will post the IC notice of the fair on the morning of Friday 30th July - you are welcome to add your own posts as soon as this is up. The evening activities will not be posted until Sunday 1st August, to give you a couple of days to get your posts in place. The evening activities will be help on the Quidditch pitch.
In Character, existing Sonora students will be provided with a timetable listing where and when they can talk to alumni, and about which topics. Currently the plan is as follows:
