The year really is drawing to a close (honestly), with exams going up Monday, and all points due by the end of the day on Sunday 29th, if that's okay.

As such, Manfred's almighty reign of Sonora is coming to its end (unless he suddenly changes his mind...).

So to my point: if we can get a staff meeting in before the end of the year that would be ace. Proposed dates are Sunday 22nd, or Saturday 28th. If you could all reply with times (and timezones) of when you are free on those dates, or propose a more suitable date for you, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

I think I might be the only one who enjoys that subject.

Right- I'm good for both at any time. Just let me know.

The 22nd meeting isn't good for me, but the 28th at any time sounds fantastic.

Looking forward to it!

I'm know I cna't make it on the 28th and I'm not certain about the 22nd. It really depends on the time. I'm usually in and out on my days off doing errands, just let me know the time and I'll see what I can do.

I'm not available on the 28th cause of work. I should be available on the 22nd.

I probably can't make Sunday the 22nd unless it's late (probably 6 pm EST or after), since Niobe's visiting this weekend. I can probably make Saturday the 28th at any time.

It's hard to say when I'm available since weekends are usually up in the air for me. March 22 is probably the best day for me but even that's a stretch since it's determined by what I do tonight.

The 28th is probably going to be a no. My old college roommate will be in town and I'll be with her for the day.

I'm EST time zone, so if you can narrow down the time of the meetings, I'll have a better time determining if I'll be there for the meeting or not.

Sorry to be so vague about it all!

Seeing as availablility for these two dates is half and half, we'll have 2 staff meetings (hopefully much shorter than normal) in the hope that everyone will be able to make it to at least one meeting.

The meeting today (22nd) will be at 9pm GMT or 5pm EST. (I hope that's right - someone please correct me if I've messed up my timezones).

I'll be sending out an e-mail to go over the basic plan. Any problems, let me know.

A bit late (yay research paper!), but I should be able to make any time after 12:00 noon, EST on the 28th.

Since you're the only person, John, who has elected to come to the second meeting, I've decided not to hold it. (Plus it might fall into Earth Hour which would be bad and wrong.)

So if anyone, especially those who couldn't make the meeting, has any queries and/or comments regarding the transcript, just get in touch. Thanks.

No problem - as it turns out, I'd have had to run off in an hour, anyway. Family event. Thanks for the transcript!
