Weekend long absence. by Liliana & Co.
Hello all,I will be away this weekend until about afternoonish-Sunday. I don't think I have many open threads, but just in case, wanted to let people know.
Temporarily MIA characters include: Pyes, Lucans, NW Reinhardts, Liliana, Laila, Ava.
Depending on how my day works out I may get one or two more posts up as I have a couple nearly finished drafts written up but no promises. Otherwise see you Sunday and beyond!

Sorry for the late notice but the Orientation has been posted in the Gardens. All first years are required to attend. Seventh year prefects have been asked to be there as well to help out the new students! Have fun! And remember, IC (in character) first years have not yet been sorted so they will not know what House they will be in until the Opening Feast. :)

It's that time of year again! by Nano Challenger
Hey guys, iiiit's November! Which for all you American authors means the month of Thanksiving and for all you Starbucks lovers Gingerbread lattes have finally arrived (yay!)!For all you crazies (like myself) this also means NaNoWriMo! What is NaNoWriMo, you ask? Well it's this fabulous time of year where the self-destructive writers like yours truly attempt to write 50,000 admist our busy lives or die trying. Well, not really but you get the idea...
For those of you who remember the Camp NaNo challenges back in July I am bringing them back for this month for all of you who want to get in the spirit of NaNo without actually doing the 50,000 words.
That being said, your first challenge, as suggested by Gia Donovan in the chatzy (give her a round of applause, witches and wizards!) is that you have to get all your active characters (staff and students alike) to the Opening Feast. I am widening this to include any other appropriate place as fits your character's personality. For example, if your character is in a bad mood instead of posting him/her at the Opening Feast he/she can go to their dorm room and sulk.
Come on guys, in the words of Rosie the Riveteer, WE CAN DO IT!
