Hi all,It's now Midterm, the holiday that takes place over Christmas. In character, it lasts for two weeks, though we limit the out of character writing time to one week, as people don't always have a lot to post, given that it's hard to interact with other characters when you're all at home.
Your character is welcome to stay at Sonora for the holidays, in which case you are free to post on the boards. They are also welcome to go home, and their activities there can be posted on our journal site 'WTS,' linked at the top of this page. We ask that you create an account that is just for Sonora use, so as not to muddle things up with real life/personal info/other RPGs. Once you have done that, request to join the community and post here with your user name so that our moderator can keep track.

Just a note. by Mangers and co.
Insane journal apparently now requires you to have a "code" to set up an account, which you have to get from an existing member. Anyone new trying to join the site will have to get in touch with an older author and have them provide a code.For old users, information on how you acquire codes is here
It looks like unpaid members only get one code, though, so I think we'll probably need to develop some kind of system for who provides codes to whom.
Anyone needing a code immediately is welcome to reply to me or find me on chatzy to get a code from me.

Wedded to Sonora by WtS Moderator
It’s midterm already! That means all First year students are eligible to create an account on the weddedto_sonora site. This site was created to allow authors the ability to post their characters with their families outside of the school halls. But that’s not all it can be used for. Use it for correspondence while not in school or for simple journal keeping. The choice is yours.Insane Journal requires that all new members have a membership code provided to them by an already existing member. This rule was created to prevent spam-bots from overrunning the site and causing blackouts. All members have a code that they are allowed to provide to new members if asked. However, because these codes are sparse, we request that you create accounts based on all current and future characters. This will prevent you from having to create individual character journals and using all of the available codes.
Also, please only create an account if you actually plan on using them. We have had several accounts created in the past that were not used. This uses up space on the site server that IJ can’t always handle and can cause issues like site crashes. IJ goes through a ritual of cleaning house every year. If your journal is not logged into at least once a year, it will be considered inactive and removed from IJ. Please keep that in mind.
Weddedto_Sonora was created for your enjoyment. Please be patient with me as I have many projects underway and cannot always get to your requests right away. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
I have made the updates to the site. If you do not see your character listed it's because I do not know what journal you use. Please post below with your journal name and the characters who use it.
