Through comments please.Leonora would have approached the parents of the relevant children. If they would prefer to send an older sibling in their stead, they may. However, turning up with every member of the family would probably be considered rude and unhelpful - it's not necessarily going to help the meeting be productive, and those not present can be told what happened when the representatives get home.
