Apologies for not replying for a few days, fear not I haven't forgotten, but a bunch of paper + a migraine = unhappy author.I am getting around to the replies now (in the privacy of a dark room) and should have the responses to Raven and Emery up by today.
Also because of the papers and the headache I haven't gotten around to meeting up with Atlas to write Olivier but hopefully that will be soon :)
