Challenge Three by Professor Skies
This challenge is now available in the Cascade Hall.Unlike the others, it is only two parts, but you only have two weeks to complete it.
I assume it is fairly self-explanatory. Obviously more classes happen IC than are posted, so you can claim that your character has been taught things even if there was not a specific class post on this SO LONG AS IT IS AGE APPROPRIATE.
I am away until Sunday evening BST, but will check in on this post via my phone in case their are any questions.

Can they use both Transfiguration and Charms on the items or does it specifically have to be one or the other?

The instructions were to Charm or Transfigure and, IC, that is what Selina would expect people to do. If the student feels they have an idea that is so good it is worth bending the instructions (or they don't remember them clearly) then that's up to them. As usual, it will be marked OOC on a balance of creativity, realism and how well is serves as a response to the task set.Essentially, I suppose that means do it only if it is excellent and justified.
