Midsummer fair - All Read by Headmistress Powell
As you may be aware, each year Sonora holds a Midsummer activity to celebrate the end of term. This year the event will be a fair. During the daytime, the theme will be 'Life after Sonora' - Sonora Academy is welcoming back past students to talk to cureent students about what they have gone on to do after graduating. This will be in workshops, in small group talks throughout the day, and some other various forms of presentation, and will be open to all Sonora students.Some old characters will make a return, but there is also an opportunity for newer authors to create alumni. If you're interested, you will need to create a character (or use an existing peripheral, such as a parent who may have gone to Sonora), decide on their career, etc., and how you would like them to communicate their experiences to current students (in a group talk, debate, presentation, show, etc.). Be as creative and inventive as you like! Send an e-mail to the site address with your character's name and these other details, and I'll get back to you. Please note, spaces will be limited, and places may be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
