The time for CATS had descended upon Sonora again. This had probably caused most of the fifth years a great deal of stress all year and this was the culmination of it all. Still, they could take comfort in the fact that despite the probable anxiety it caused, it all would be over soon-until they became seventh years and had to do RATS. Plus, they could drop the classes they didn't like and/or weren't good at next year and people had to like that.
Roland Ashburn was the first of the four examiners. He wanted to be liked and tended to be something of a pushover. Still, he seemed to be the nicest and for those of whom were the most terrified and nervous about the exams, he was probably the best one to get as he tended to pass most students.
On the other hand, there was Nanette Langdon, a generally strict and uptight witch whose personality as far away from Roland's kindness and compassion as one could get. With her tight bun, straight posture, constant sour expression, sharp features and cold eyes, she was a much less desirable examiner to have than any of the rest of her peers.
Somewhere in between those two was Aurora Septentrion. She was an attractive witch with long blonde hair that she wore down but was not to be trifled with for she took her job as an examiner quite seriously. Still she gave off a warm and friendly vibe that made her far less intimidating than Miss Langdon was.
Finally, there was David Weatherby, a man that a good many of the female students found good looking despite his age. He had striking green eyes, a lean figure and salt and pepper hair. More importantly to most, he was considered to be the most fair of all the examiners which was why students generally tended to want him to be the one to test them.
Theoretical exams were always in the morning. Once the students arrived, anti-cheating quills were handed out and Ms. Langdon addressed the group. "There will be no cheating, there are spells to prevent it. Anyone caught cheating will automatically fail and be ordered to leave the room immediately. Those of you who finish early will have to sit quietly and not disturb everyone else."
The practical exams would take place in the afternoon. Each student would be called back to complete the tasks for each of their subjects and when they were done, they were free to go.
OOC-You are free to write for any of the examiners. Core subjects take place on the first few days and electives on the last day. Have fun!
