Sophie walked into the hall and was handed a chalice of a bubbling clear liquid. She had heard about this from her older sister who had once come here. 'I wonder what house I'll be put in.' she thought to herself. 'I know it won't be Teppenpaw, seeing as I'm not too friendly.'She tipped her head back and quickly drank all that was in the chalice. "Blegh!" she coughed as the liquid tasted foul in her opinion. She then noticed her skin changing from it's normal slighty pale color to a bright blue.
"Aladren." she said to herself, nodding in pleasure. "Fine by me!"
She then walked over to her house table and found an empty spot with not very many people around. She hoped that by doing so, she wouldn't have too many people bothering her and would be able to eat in peace.
She then grabbed a few rolls, some chicken, some chips, and at least one of everything in front of her. It had been a while since she had eaten anything and her appetite had gotten the best of her. As she was scarfing down food and an astonishing rate, that some of the other students at her table were staring at her in disgust. She just flashed them a smile full of food and continued eating, not caring what anyone else thought.\n\n

What a weird girl... by Ally Hartsfeild
Ally walked to the front of the Cascade Hall with all the first years, since she was in first year, and was handed a goblet of clear liquid. Since she no idea what to do so she asked the professor standing neer her,the professor simply said, "drink all the contense and you will then be sorted into your house." That was enough for Ally. She drank it all with one big gulp, and spilled some on the front of her robes. She was completely embarrassed, exsepcially when she turned sunshine yellow. The professor who ws standing next to her yelled out, "TEPPENPAW!!!!" The Teppenpaw table erruted with appaluse. Ally skipped over to the table and sat down for the rest of the sorting ceremony. After the ceremony was the feast!The feast was glorious! There where puddings and pastries and roasts and potatoes and much more! After piling her plate with a mountian of food, Ally glanced around the hall, she saw a girl suffing her face then smiling at some other girls. "Note to self," she thought "That girl looks like she would be a nice friend; must say hi later." She finished her meal and waited for the speech. An hour later, it was a very long speech, she walked with her fellow first years, in her house of course, to the enterence of thier common room. They did the jig and went inside.\n\n

Sophie was just quietly and quickly devouring everything in sight when she took a quick glance around the hall and noticed a girl in Teppenpaw looking at her and snickering. She stopped eating for a second and thought to herself,'Why is that girl looking at me and actually...smiling? Oh no...she's got that "I'm gonna try to be her friend" look on her face....Well, she won't be very successful in that area.'She continued to eat and eat and eat and finally she decided she'd had enough. She looked around and noticed she was one of the last 10 or so still in Cascade Hall. The others were either still eating or were just there to watch the show she had put on devouring her food at such a fast rate. "Sorry guys, shows over!" They all groaned and left Cascade Hall closely followed by Sophie. She then went to the library, pulled on the specific book and walked inside.\n\n

I think I'm gunna say hi.... by Ally Hartsfeild
Ally walked into the common room and was amazed. "Everthing is so beautiful," she thought. She went up to her room and saw that her pure black owl, Crystal, was there waiting to be fed, Ally never let her hunt like normal owls. Ally fed Crystal and then decided to unpack. She put on some music, magical of course, and layed down on her bed. She feally wanted to be friends with that weird girl from the Cascade Hall. She wanted to write her a letter but she didnt know who to address it to. She just hoped Crystal would deliver it to the right place.Ally got out paper, ink, and a quill and began to write:
Hi! My name is Ally Hartsfeild. I couldn't help but notice you in the Cascade Hall and I thought you looked like an interesting person. I know you probally think I'm crazy writing to some person that I don't even know. Well I'm....lets just say I'm really weird, kinda like you, only I only let my friends see that side of me. I would really like to be friends with you, but of course we would have to talk in person so meet me in the library a 11:00. I would really like it if you would show up. Thanks!

Ally sealed up the letter and tied it to Crystal's leg along with a bar of chocolate, that girl looks like a chocolate kind of girl. Ally opened up the window and Crystal took off. Leaving the window open, Ally got ready for bed and layed down. The second her head hit the pillow she was out.\n\n

Hey girls, good to see you posting at the site. Just a couple of quick points. Please, don't write for other characters, even if you're not specifying names. Also, after the feast, the Heads of Houses and, quite possibly, the prefects will be showing you to your commonrooms. Once that is done, you can feel free to post on those boards. Writing about things that you do in places that have boards of their own on different boards isn't really the way to go.Thanks.
