A letter for the Professor by Yuki the Owl of Hikaru
The gray and white owl named Yuki (snow in Japanese) flew in through the open window and landed on Professor Kivas desk. In its tallon it held a letter that was from Hikarus god-father, the Auror known as Morris.Dear Professor Kiva,
Hikaru has brought to my attention that you are aloowing them to own puffskiens with a guardians permisson. So here it is,
I, Morris Kasuragi, hereby give my full permission for Hikaru to posess this puffskien.
I also wanted to note that you may speak to me about the fox, and expand Hiakrus punishment if desired, he should have asked permission to bring it. It seemed to me as though he already had, but I guess not.
