Oops.... by Sophie Linderman
Sophie walked into the Aladren common room and immediatly realized she had made a mistake. There were no 1st years there! "Oops..." was all that she could think of to say. She then turned around and noticed the other 1st years walking in behind her.'I'm such an idiot. It's my first day here and I already mess up. This year's going to be rough...' she thought to herself and she quickly ran into the crowd of 1st years before anyone really took notice. She just took a deep breath and followed the house's prefect to the dormatories, thinking all the way how stupid she was.\n\n

After reaching her dorm, she noticed that all of her belongings had already been placed by her bed. She went over to her bed, quickly unpacked, and laid down on her bed. "Ooh, comfy!" she thought out loud. She then noticed that an owl had come by her window, holding a letter addressed to her and a bar of chocolate."What the..." she said to herself as she took the letter and the chocolate out of the owls talons and shooed it away. She opened up the letter and read it.
"Ally Hartsfeild?" she said to herself, "She must have been that girl who was looking at me in Cascade Hall. What a weirdo. She's going to get a shock when I don't show up!" She then threw the letter in the garbage, ate the chocolate and continued laying on her bed, daydreaming.\n\n
