A new notice had gone up onto all of the house boards thanks to all of the Santoro children (and much more thanks to Bella's threats). If anyone were to look on their House Noticeboards, a lovely vibrant Pink parchment with large blue letters in perfectly neat handwriting could be found. The Notice read:
Fellow Sonorians!
My name is Bella Santoro, a fourth year here at Sonora and I'm looking for recruiting a band. I play the guitar as well as sing vocals. Anyone who can sing or play an instrument is welcomed to sign-up and auditions will be held this coming Saturday in Cascade Hall after Lunch. Hope to see you all there!
Walking down the stairs from his dorm, Kavin noticed a new message on the board. He hoped it had nothing to do with sports. While Kavin was okay at sports, he disliked them immensly. And he disliked what they did to people. Made them want to shed blood... or something. The only sports Kavin didn't see that in was in swimming and tennis (and the only reason he watched those was because his older half-sister inn England swam and Darci could play tennis).
To Kavin's happiness, not only was the notice not about sports, but it was that Bella girl's band. Kavin grinned happily, finally, some activity he'd be able to do here! Kavin hoped the fact that he and his sister (well, more his sister) had talked to Bella about this before in Cascade made him able to get in. Below the sign-up, Kavin wrote:
Kavin Analai, second guitar?
Smiling, Kavin made his way back up to his dorm.\n\n
Mika looked at the notice. He read every notice that went up, trying to get involved in the school. He had thus far been rather unsuccessful at it. He had known going to a new school would be a challange, but he hadn't expected meeting people would be as hard as it was proving to be. This notice proved interesting, and something that he wouldn't get in trouble for doing like he would for trying out for quiddich. Of course, he played more classical instruments, but the worse that could happen was that someone would be forced to talk to him at least long enough to tell him to get lost. He took out his quill and wrote:
Hyana looked at the list. It was something she wouldn't normally do. Sign up for a band, with singing, in front of crowds? The last time she sang in front of a crowd in her muggle school she ended up seeing the ceiling. Of course, she was younger then. And she had a friend who would support her. Hyana had to admit that she was a pretty good singer, but didn't look like one. Taking out her quill with a trembling hand, she wrote:
