Between her schoolwork and her prefect duties, Pippa had not been able to check out the new MARS room. Most of the rooms wouldn't have really been her thing anyway. The sixth year didn't really care for sports or swimming. She didn't even really like to watch Quidditch especially with the bloodbath it had become. Pippa had rather an aversion to violence, possibly because of Tawny.
Nor was she really much for dancing outside of parties. Parties that the Teppenpaw really wasn't sure she liked but would likely have to attend the rest of her life. Pippa was a perfectly adequate dancer-she had to be-but it wasn't really her passion.
Pippa didn't play a musical instrument either. Her older sister did, but Melora liked trying lots of different things. She was the most adventurous of the three of them. Which was odd, as Melora had been an Aladren and Tawny was the one in Pecari. Currently, Melora was in Argentina, she hadn't even come home for the holidays. It made Pippa feel a little sad. She loved her big sister and missed her.
She might not have minded quite as much had it been Tawny who was away. Pippa loved her younger sister as well, but she felt, well safer away from her right now. She still hoped Tawny would grow out of it and in the future they would be best friends. Pippa didn't really have a best friend now that Nathaniel was gone. She missed him too.
There was still the art room. That might be more the Teppenpaw's style. She loved crafting. Pippa entered the room and began to look around, opening one of the cabinets. She mostly found paints and clays but then she came to a cabinet full of yarn. Perfect! Pippa rifled through the cabinet until she found some pre-cut yarn the right size for latch hook projects. She then looked through some more cabinets until she found the rest of the stuff she needed. Pippa no longer needed a kit, she could just make her own pattern. She sat down at one of the tables and began.
