Somehow she felt like this was all her fault. Jake had never had any problems. She wondered if she was really the best choice. Lexi had the leadership skills. She was prefect. If Lexi had been the captain, would more people have signed up? Teppenpaw barely made a full team this year. It was nerve-wracking right up until that new girl expressed her interest.
