Eavan lead the first years through the center of school, stopping halfway down a flight of stairs and turning around to face the new students. "Okay, here we are. Now pay attention. I'm going to show you how to get into your new common room. You can't let anybody in any of the other houses know where the entrance is and you can't tell anyone whose not in Teppenpaw how to get in. You get in by doing a certain jig. Don't worry, it's not that hard." Eavan tried to give the first years a reassuring smile, but she wasn't sure exactly how it came off. Instead she faced the blank wall and lifted her robes so that they could see exactly what she was doing.She finished the last step and the entrance appeared. Eavan grinned and lead them inside stopping in the center of the room. "Okay, this is the Teppenpaw common room. Your dorms are up the staircase. Boys on the left and girls on the right." She paused wondering what she was missing.
"Oh, and don't try going down the wrong hallway. All that'll happen is you'll fall through the floor and land in the common room again.
"The Teppenpaw Head's office is right through that door." she pointed to a door off to the side. "And there are two other prefects. Lexi Stafford is the seventh year prefects and Pepper Jones is the sixth year prefect. Either of them, and myself, are happy to answer any questions you might have or to help with any problems. Speaking of which, does anybody have any questions for me right now?"
