Midterm always seemed to come around so fast. With the rest of the autumn term dwindling rapidly, Elly found herself, once again, in the library, and searching for a suitable midterm prank. She'd had some good ideas, but hadn't found any spells to support them yet. Se'd looked all through the charms sectin, and had taken a couple of her favourite books, and was now seated in the transfigurtion section, flicking through Timeless Transfigurations, with many other books on the table, still awaiting her perusal.Snow was always good at midterm, Elly thought, but she'd used snow before. Maybe she'd make it snow in the Pecari commons again, just because that was fun, but she really needed some new material for her main event. She'd thought about singing table decorations, but didn't really know how to go about that. She could ask Simon to pass along the centerpieces to the prairie eles, but she didn't want to get either herself or Simon into trouble, so maybe that wasn't really such a good idea. She'd also cnsidered putting bubble mxture into the fountains round Cascade Hall, and she still thought that would be an excellent ruse, but she didn't want to spend all of next year in detention.
The spell Elly was currently viewing was to transfigure wood or metal into crystal Elly was just considering how useful this would be when someone else came over to her table. "I can move my books if you want to sit there," Elly offered with a friendly smile.
